For an European communication
Our vision in the context of participation in the UNDP development projects
Our call center is an institution in harmony with our society and it is steadfastly directed to its development from all points of view. It participates on its socio-economical development which is important as well in image creation as in the entrepreneurial identity creation.
So our actual values are to create new vacancies, to interpose and to assure an initial and steady (uninterrupted) approached formation, to take on qualified young specialists without work experience corresponding to our clients needs and
stimulate our employers to create in our enterprise framework an organizational climate which incite the cooperation, the communication, the evolution and the personal and professional development. These values assure a common basis which upholds us in our everyday activity.
Our object is to be a modern, prosperous and effective European enterprise. For this we must assure an equivalent level to those of the rest of Europe. In this case we are confronted by many problems.
Europe is paradoxical. On the institutional plan Europe moves up (ahead, advances). Concerning the intra-european relation which rises thanks to students change, joint owners, tourism and cross frontier work, this is not visible. Between this 2 spheres one distant and visible the other one near but invisible, Europe doesn’t exist. The citizen doesn’t see what Europe can bring in his daily and local life. It is necessary to show (to reveal) to Moldavians what can permit them to develop themselves improving the wealth of its resources including their human resources.
It should to find a method (way) interesting citizens to stay in their country to build here their future.
Often, in the Moldavian institutions the education policy doesn’t present a good mediator of information about Europe. If someone asks something about Europe the students mention stereotypes like the big German blonde, the little dark(-haired) Italian man…the unique common culture are stereotypes about each other, the French with their baguette, Germans with their beer, Englishman with his umbrella. It is necessary to try to go further. On their graduation the students must have a real an objective idea about Europe as well be motivated to look for opportunities in their country. The young people will rest in their countries if they find high quality and good paid jobs. Another solution could be: motivating Europeans in being interested and to join Moldova.
The products prices are lows, a Francophile good implemented in many levels of society…many trumps for Moldova to attract foreign investors especially French. “Since 1992, a lot of European enterprises are exposed to prices reduction. They needed to externalize a big number of their activities. They are turned to offshore market. It depends on us to answer on their needs. We can begin to form people in languages and communication. In this way we can develop ourselves. We ascertained that a lot of our employers at the beginning don’t have any idea about an enterprise or a market, but the young people multilingual and dynamic prove a good personal and professional capacity. And they are very flexible on formation. That’s why we preferred to favor the young people, fresh graduated and we fit him in the professional world.
Concerning the last events we have decided to change our employment policy, setting and formation. Until now, we practiced a permanent employment policy via mass-media + employment of students graduating each year from different universities. We have invested in their formation (the linguistic improvement, experience concerning the work with the telephone, formation in business communication standards, psychology and selling techniques, etc.)
Today we want to put in an integration project in university and post-university formation. We are looking for participation in the student’s formation in master1 and in master 2 or in license and master, with the purpose to offer them a particularized professional formation, having like a final objective the selection and the employment application for good ones. In this sense we can assure a theoretical formation and practical experience in our enterprise. We believe in this project and we hope to become a positive model for other big enterprises which are going to settle themselves in Moldova.
Because only the responsibility, the collaboration, ethics and mutual respect can contribute to the economical development, employer’s life-improvement, their families and also the society we live in.
